Frequently Ased Questions

No, to ensure all details are correct and keep your transfer costs down and keep your transfer costs down, we only accept bookings for Sydney transfers via the booking system on our website.

We do recommend booking at least 12 hours before the transfer is required. This will ensure a driver is available for the transfer. We will confirm all bookings via email.

We can not guarantee you availability when you call or place a booking online for a chauffeur service in Sydney with short time notice or without confirmation from us. We will try our best to allocate a vehicle for your transfer, and will notify you of confirmation as soon as possible.

If you do not see your driver at the pre-determined pick up address, do not leave before calling us. We will connect you with the driver and get you to your hire car.

Please send through the amendment by replying to your confirmation email, or referencing the job ID in a new email. We will make the change to your hire car booking and send back the amendment via email. If it is a last minute change, please also call us to ensure we have received it. Please note this may incur additional charges if there is a time or location change close to the booking time.

Please send through all cancellations in writing via email by either replying to your confirmation email, or referencing the job ID in a new email. We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel or change the car within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up time you will be charged for the full price of the hire car service. We ask you inform us of any changes in your schedule in advance in order to avoid disappointment.

All payment is made via credit card through the office. In order to secure your booking, a credit card must be provided and will be securely kept on file. This will be charged after the transfer is complete. The drivers will not accept any payment, and any money given to the driver will be considered as a gratuity.

The hire car driver will keep track of your flight and ensure they are there upon arrival. For any significant delays, please advise us via email and we will be sure to keep tracking the flight until its arrival in Sydney. For any flight changes, please ensure we are notified via email at your earliest convenience.

Due to Sydney Airport regulations, at the Sydney Domestic Airport, the driver is not allowed to leave their vehicle. They will wait kerbside just outside the terminal and will contact you via text/phone call upon arrival. At the Sydney International Airport, the driver will be waiting with a sign in the arrivals hall and will contact you via text/phone call upon arrival.

Please note that all prices are plus tolls and airport parking charges. We provide a base cost as there are multiple ways to get to your destination and we do not want to pre-empt a cost that will not be used in some circumstances.
